No matter how small or big a company is, in order to be succesful the co-opration of the colleges is vital. They need to trust each other and be emphatic.
It is important that the co-workers meet outside the office hours, so that they can get to know and understand each other. Because if this is the case, they can work in harmony, as a team, they acnowledge each other, and of course everyone likes to work better this way.
This program is evolved for companies, who cannot let their co-workers go on a full-day team-building, stillvwould like their colleagues to get closer to each other.
This 2-hour program can be held inside, in a meeting room, therefore we can organize it even at the office!
The point is to make participants to open up in front of their colleges through the given tasks. It is important that they should feel good during the tasks and have fun, so we always add some humor to the training.
